Abraham Lincoln

Abraham Lincoln was born in
Kentucky. he lived here for nine
years. Lincoln was an honest man,
and loved to read . When he grew a
little older he moved to Illinois and
became a politician. Afterwords he
became president of the United States.
As president he helped free the slaves,
and split the country into two parts.
Lincoln was later assassinated while
attending a play in Washington.
